I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, with two bathrooms and a big bathtub, but the noise from the air conditioning unit in the minibar was a bit bothersome. The service was a hit or miss - some staff members were sweet and helpful, while others, especially the manager, turned out to be the worst ever. The location was convenient, near food places and the Jungceylon Shopping centre. The dining for vegetarians was included, but the selection was limited. The facilities were decent, but the price seemed a bit high for the overall value.
